鶹Ƶ (“University” or “鶹Ƶ”) seeks to foster and maintain an atmosphere of mutual respect and concern for all members of the University community. As such, the University does not discriminate against students, faculty or staff based on sex in offering equal access to its educational programs and activities or with respect to employment terms and conditions. Sexual- and gender-based harassment and misconduct, including sexual violence, are a kind of sex discrimination and are prohibited by Title IX and the University.
鶹Ƶ is committed to maintaining a campus environment that is free from discrimination based on sex, and maintains that commitment by responding promptly and effectively when it learns of any form of possible discrimination based on sex. The University responds to reports of sexual harassment, including sexual violence, as part of its efforts to stop the misconduct, prevent its recurrence, and remedy its effects.
