Religious Studies Speaker Series

Join the Religious Studies and Communication Arts Departments for an interdisciplinary conversation with Dr. Katherine Schmidt. Dr. Schmidt is an Associate Professor at Molloy University in New York. She teaches a variety of courses in religious studies and ethics at the University. Her research focuses on the relationship between theology and culture, specifically digital culture and technology. She is the author of numerous chapters on the subject, as well as Virtual Communion: Theology of the Internet and the Catholic Sacramental Imagination (Lexington, 2020).

Gators Connect Speed Mentoring: Session #1 for First-year Students

  It is an 8-ball tournament where two teams of two will play against each other. To make the game go faster each team will only have to hit in five balls. The winner will advance on to the next round like a march madness bracket. The winner and runner up will receive prizes. There will be snacks a well.
