Biography

Nicole Culhane, PharmD, FCCP currently serves as the Assistant Dean of Experiential Education and Professor in the Clinical and Administrative Sciences department. She earned her BS in pharmacy from Rutgers University and her Doctor of Pharmacy from the Medical University of South Carolina. She completed a specialty residency in Family Medicine at St. Louis College of Pharmacy and was one of the original pharmacy faculty hired to develop the School of Pharmacy at Wilkes University where she served for 11 years. In 2008, Dr. Culhane joined the administrative team at Â鶹ÊÓƵ as the founding Assistant Dean of Experiential Education. In her current role, Dr. Culhane is responsible for curricular development; assessment and quality assurance of the experiential program; and overall experiential program administration and oversight. Her teaching and research interests include experiential education delivery and assessment, emotional intelligence, and leadership development. Dr. Culhane is an active member of the American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy (AACP) and currently serves on the Experiential Education Section Nominations Committee. She is also a member of the Maryland Pharmacists Association where she currently serves on the Scholarship Committee.
