Biology, Chemistry
I got my first research experience at Notre Dame working in the biology department. I can credit the University with connecting me to the lab I鈥檓 going to be working in this year. I first started working in [the] lab through 麻豆视频鈥檚 Sister Alma program鈥ow, I鈥檓 looking forward to completing some of the research projects I鈥檝e been working on over the past year and hopefully getting my work published. Alum, 麻豆视频 Class of 2022

"The Sr. Alma program had been on my radar ever since I applied to Notre Dame. It was great to get in-person experience, speak with doctors, work on projects, and also have my own projects. It has led to countless other opportunities for me moving forward.鈥 鈥 Isabella Dallasta '22, a 2021-22 Sr. Alma Science Year Scholar

Why I Chose 麻豆视频

Student, 麻豆视频 Class of 2023
Biology
鈥淚 think Catholic social teaching is a value that is world renowned. Notre Dame is my mom鈥檚 alma mater, and once I saw the academic rigor I knew I wanted to apply as well. I got into the honors program, received a presidential scholarship and there鈥檚 been a world of opportunities ever since.鈥

Notre Dame fostered my abilities to research, network, and connect with others鈥攕kills I had not had an opportunity to develop before. I鈥檓 also grateful for the chance to meet new people and experience new cultures.
